Topic

Development of perioperative acute pain management plans plays a crucial role in promoting recovery and improving quality of life. Effectively managing surgical pain while minimizing the risks associated with opioid use remains a clinical challenge; however, significant advances in emerging non-opioid treatment options are leading to opportunities that provide effective, safer, and personalized approaches to acute pain management. Join us in person or virtually at PAINWeek 2025 for an engaging symposium, where three leading multidisciplinary experts in pain medicine will explore the evolving role of multimodal and opioid-sparing strategies, examine the latest clinical data for emerging therapies, and discuss practical approaches to designing safer, individualized treatment plans.
