TN Pain Guideline symposium

The TN Pain Guideline symposium was interesting tonight. There are many changes and guidelines which will be mandatory.
- If you are the owner of a pain management facility, in TN, the Medical Director will have to be a Pain Specialist. (7/1/2016)
- There are 9600 APNs in TN. I need to meet these APNs. If we can bring this mass group together, what a change and difference we will make in TN.
- If you are an APN, you have 30 days to change your collaborating provider. A Notice of Formulary is also to be completed. It is also mandatory to have the CSMD profile changed to your new collaborator.
- Remember, you are required to have this course when you renew your certification.
